Yeah , can't get a better decision than that ,but I heard assemblers in cities like delhi and banguluru are not as scammy though...............

Depends as there they try to sell you products which may not be as good as ones selected by you but still they push those products because they get higher commission on selling those products(e.g.certain coolermaster psu models, some selected mobos etc).
