Moto G Turbo available at 11K @Amazon

A big battery would be welcomed, 4g Volte should be must,Device should not have any heating issues whatsoever.

You don't want a Xiaomi phone but you don't even want a heating phone
Such a phone doesn't exist in the 10-12k range
Moto G Turbo and G4/plus meet your requirements but have heating issues
So does Redmi 3s/Prime but it's a Xiaomi although it does not heat and has a 4100 mah battery
You will have to choose to compromise on one thing

The Slowest One
compromise on battery and go for a phone with less heating issue. If you are mostly connected to WiFi then battery drain will be slower , than on 4G network
