A Laptop for 60K!

1) 60K is my budget.
2) I am prefering a mainstream notebook with 15" screen atleast!
3) I want to buy it from New Delhi or Faridabad,Haryana!
4) I prefer brands Sony Vaio and HP!
5) I want to purchase it for game development and programming purpose!
6) I would be taking the notebook with me to different places!
7) I want a good Graphics card to play games like prototype,crysis,nfs shift!
8) A minimum of 2-3 hours battery life is suficient!
9) Windows 7 Home premium 64-bit and above!(not home basic)
10) Would the core i-7 second generation be available in this range??If no,then i can spend a max of 65k-70k for it!

Please help me with this,as i need to buy it in a few days!

The Sony Vaio VPCEB46FG has decent specs but is plagued by poor build quality & extremely poor battery life (2 hrs rated by Sony itself, so expect even lesser). Also since you have a budget of 60k, it does not make sense to get this for 45k. Even Lenovo Y560 has better specs & performance in this price range. And it comes with old generation processor which does not makes sense as Sandy-bridge processor is already out.

The HP one is not yet available in India.
