A good netbook under 20k with built in 3G and support for HD videos?

Hello guys,

I'm looking forward to buying a netbook for work purposes, and Im going for a netbook for its tiny form factor of a Windows PC. I wish to get one with built in 3G support to avoid carrying a 3G dongle all the time. And I wish it would support HD videos, though I dont plan on watchin 1080p BR rips on it or anything, but it would be good if the device would play them without jitters when needed. Please suggest me one within my price range (15k-20k). Also tell me if my decision to get a netbook should be rechecked. Do recommend any other high performing netbooks even if it doesn't fit in my price range.

I've zeroed in on the Asus X201E. But the thing is the processor included in this model is a Celeron 847. Im wondering if this will affect the processing speed when compared to an Atom processor. Any reviews on this particular Netbook model?

its written over there, its better than Intel's ATOM processor. best thing about that lappy is display.
