A cheap tripod for S4?

I need a tripod to record some videos from my phone, a Galaxy S4, is there any cheap tripod for that? I don't want an expensive one, as I don't find it to be a costly product. I will be switching to S5 when it releases, so it'd be great if I can use it for that phone too.
Searched eBay, found only two, one is 1k and another is 700 odd rupees, I don't wanna spend that much. 250-300 rupees, anything?
