Dude the 512 MB of memory dosen't matter if the gfx processor itself is underpowered.Within 5k u won't get and gfx card in which the gfx processor is powerful and the v-ram is the bottleneck. But still if u want to blindly go for a gfx card with 512 MB memory then 6200 is available with 512 MB memory see this....

If you're buying a sub 5000 graphics card, even 128 MB is enough. But if you want a decent graphics card with 256 MB a Geforce 6600 would be a good choice.
Ok.Actually i'm planning to buy a sub 30000 gfx card for myself.but i want another one for my bro which shouldn't be more than 5-6k as i don't have that strong budget. So please suggest any card with atleast 256mb or 512mb(yeah my bro is memory crazy).
Why are you obsessed with memory? What matters most is the core speed and the number of pipelines. Memory is secondary.
If you stick to your budget, the best you can do is a 6600. If you don't mind spending a 1000 bucks more you can get a 7600GS which is a much better card.
