B450 are for AMD CPUs While I have suggested you Intel

Get RAM 2666Mhz B360 doesn't support more than that

You can use iGPU built into Intel till new GPU are launched

Buddy B450 chipset is for AMD Ryzen CPUs. @Minion has suggested you an Intel config so You gotta use a MotherBoard that is compatible with Intel 8th Gen CPUs. If you wanna go AMD Ryzen way then lets wait for other knowledgeable members to suggest an AMD config.

Yes, GPU prices haven't exactly come down in India as we see in other Western Countries. But it is still better than the situation we had in the country few months before. You can take a call if you wanna wait a couple of months and buy lower priced GPU or pay 3-4k more now.

I want to buy soon enough, 1180 will be out aug, sept 1070 and also 1180+~ new series I assume and 1160 in october ~ my question is will they be available or quickly get snapped?

With the launch of newer GPUs, old ones should get good price drops. A 1160 may perform same as a 1070Ti or even 1080 (take it with a pinch of a salt though) at same price. If (and that's a BIG if) you can get a 1070 for 25k when 11 series launches, it won't be a bad deal then. This is considering that 20k 960s dropped to 10-12k weeks after 10 series was announced.

Waste of money is a relative concept depending on budget.Even if you won't be overclocking still you should get at least a 10k mobo for a 1 lakh build because you need quality components in this budget & you will probably need the extra features in mobo too.You said you were planning video editing which means sooner or later you will feel the need to add more ssd/hdd/NVMe drives & if you don't have enough sata/m2/pcie slots then you will be stuck.You need to see the specifications of mobo to know their limitations.e.g.B350/450 mobo usually have 6 sata ports out of which 2 will be disabled if a m2 NVMe pcieX4 drive is used(all good NVMe drives are pcieX4,only cheapest low quality drives are pcieX2). You also need to see the placement of m2 slots as m2 NVMe drives run hotter than normal ssd & many people report very high temps for m2 slots located below the gfx card slot. Considering all this getting a good X470 mobo for ~12k is not a bad option.

Yes,no X470 boards at 12k,I mixed it up with X370 mobo.

There are some good X470 mobo though for ~13k.

Only significant issue with X370 mobo is they need bios update to work with Ryzen 2xxx processors.

In my post also I quoted 13k for this motherboard try to find it locally if someone will give it for 12k but chances are very slim.This particular mobo was available for 12.4k two months back but now it cost anywhere between 13-15k
