1.Nothing.i7 = i5 for gaming.If you have heavy video rendering work i7 will be better
2.Simple.Sabretooth is expensive compared to gryphon(around 6k more)

Get el-cheapo AMD CPU and use the saved money to get a better GPU

Get the i5 4670k.FX 8350 is not exactly "good" for gaming unless you plan on playing only Crysis 3 and BF4

2. 500-700MHz while using Hyper 212 Evo with push-pull
3. You can go for Seasonic X650KM for 7500 from Tirupati enterprises (It has 4 pcie connectors which is more than enough for a SLI/CF)

I have a 32/46 inch FHD display and never encountered any problem even playing FarCry3 at High settings.The problem occurs if you blow up 480i content in to 1080p. It can happen with your 21 incher too.You have to experience gaming in big screen,guaranteed you will never wanna move down from there. We friends in Kolkata who have HD projectors play games on it on Sundays at each others house [over 120 inch 1080p] on Stewart screens with the game sound emanating through full blown Home Theater set ups with AV receivers,Floor standing speakers and REL/Velodyne/SvS subwoofers and not HTiBs!!! Its Sunday Mayhem. Start with a 27 incher atleast. FullHD projectors with Lumens of over 2800 are getting incredibly cheap.If you experience BF4 and FarCry3 or the upcoming GTAV in life size...its a experience you will not forget.Since you have the budget get a big screen.

Paying Rs 3700/4500 for a Membrane keyboard is another wastage whose backlighting and cheap build quality is fit for Indian Post offices in the cowbelt.

I'd recommend this Power Supply for 4670k + SLI/CF

I wouldnt recommend anything lower than that. People will say that they can run such configs on 620W but it's not good to use the full power a PSU.
