Any reason why you wanna stick with Intel?

Intel costs a lot. Better opt for AMD.
Go for better PSU
Get Corsair/G Skill/Kingston memory sticks
There isn't much performance difference between SATA SSD and M.2 SSD.
If you wanna stick with Intel, Intel's iGPU is better than GT730. If you wanna a get dGPU, get something like 1050Ti or better.

For ram stick with corsair & kingston(checkout their hyperx series on primeabgb) as they have much better after sales support in India compared to others.

For ssd order from onlyssd.com(ssd selling division of primeabgb),you won't get a better price(except for those oct great sales of amazon/fk/paytmmall).

For any 8th gen intel processors buying anything below nvidia 1050/similar is not worth it especially if you plan on using gfx card for software works(like modelling, rendering etc).

As already said corsair VS series is bad,it is fine for a 15-20k system with pentium dual cores+no gfx card/entry level cards like 730 but not for a system where processor itself costs 10k+. At least get corsair CX 450,only thing better than CX series is corsair TX series or antec earthwatts gold pro series(do check this thread before buying though mdcomputers selling wrong antec earthwatts gold pro? ).

@nac Thanks , Is intel GPU that good compared to Nvidia GT730 CUDA Cores!, but I cannot allocate 4GB for intel GPU, anyway will consider for 1050Ti.
For RAM i will stick to Corsair/Kingston .

@whitestar_999 Thanks, For PSU types any major difference that affects the performance?, or its just for extra care of protection you mentioned!.

PS: I have one more i7 config in my mind.

Intel Core i7 8700 - ~25k,
Asus Prime B360-Plus -9000
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32 GB(16x2) DDR4-2666- ~Rs 23k
GPU: Zotac Geforce 1050Ti - Rs 12.5k
SSD: Samsung 860 Evo 250GB SSD- Rs 4.7k
HDD: seagate-1tb-barracuda -Rs 3.2k
LG DVD Writer- Rs 900
SMPS: Corsair VS550 550-Watt Power Supply- ~ Rs 3.3k
Cabinet: antec-mid-tower-gx200 ~ 3k

Yeah, you can't allocate more than 1GB with iGPU.
Are you sure you're getting 8700 for 25k?

Asrock z370pro 4 is a better mobo & not much saving by going for asus prime anyway in this budget.

Corsair VS series may fail taking your mobo/processor with it hence the recommendation for a good psu. Also think logically, would you buy a Mercedes & then use some local brand motor oil just to save some money even if it works for the time being.PSU is the power source of entire system & it is never a good idea to use a cheap psu for a costly system(reference anything above dual core processor &/or 1050Ti level gfx card).

Any particular reason you suggested 650W PSU?? 550W won't do in his case?

extreme 4 is better than pro 4 but also costlier. As for aftersales support it should be alright,it is handled by INSPIRISYS SOLUTIONS LTD(formerly accel frontline).
