5.1 speaker system under 6k budget

Hi,

Can anybody recommend me the good 5.1 speaker system under 6k budget?

I have narrowed down my choice to the following speakers:-
Philips DSP-56U 5.1 USB Speaker System
Logitech Z506-SG 5.1 Speaker System
F&D F3333U 5.1 USB Speaker

Which one from the above should i buy. I like the Phillips as it has usb support and remote control and also it is 1k cheaper than Logitech but dont have any clue about its sound.

Any other recommendations? Sound quality is what matters in the end.

P.S. I'll connect it with TV(primary) and Laptop.

I will suggest you logitech.You can't use a 5.1 speaker with laptop for that you need a usb sound card regarding tv it need a optical out port.
