5.1 channel HTS needed

1. Budget?
Around 5-6k but the lower I can get them, the better.

2. Home Theatre System type?
5.1 channel with minimum 30W sub-woofer and 10W in each satellite.

3. Primary use of the setup?
Will be connected to the TV which is used for watching movies and TV series. Hoping to connect it with Tata-Sky HD STB too.

4. Ports Required?
Standard RCA ports, a USB port for audio playback, SD card slot is not necessary but would be good if its included.

5. Preferred choice of brand?
None but don't want intex, iball, zebronics, etc.

6. Any HTS in consideration?
F&D F3000U
F&D F3000F

7. Any other info that you want to share.
The room size is around 20' * 15' and the seating distance is 12' from the TV. Would be buying them within 10-15 days.

can't comment on audio quality but if you are buying them mainly for anime viewing then it will not be of much use as majority of anime shows have stereo sound.

^ It's not for my usage but for parent's. I don't watch anime on TV because you know, its still a "cartoon" for them. Any other HTS which I may have missed in the budget?

not much idea but as far as i know a bit expensive SWAN 2.1 speaker system will have much better sound quality than any 5.1 speaker system under 15k.

Actually, I was thinking of gifting them a 5.1 speaker system. Now, I'm having second thoughts of my own.
