3G broadband connection advice

I am planning to use a 3g connection with my IPAD 2, but the ipad is only a wifi version, so i intend to buy a usb data card / dongle to be coupled with a suitable wifi router.

i have no clue as to which service is the best i am thinking of getting one from tata photon so please help me out.

if there any better solutions out there please list those, and also help me out with the router as well.

i am using bsnl ul750 plan..before that i used bsnl datacard(safaricom-supports upto 450 kBps)and mts mblaze datacard(supports upto 100 kBps) in my locality..
check out the signal strength in your area of each providers and refer your friends using datacards in your locality before buying any datacard...
