2k resolution 32 inch monitor around 20-25k

Hi,

I am planning on buying a 32 inch monitor for watching movies and playing games. Here are my preferences:
1. Resolution - 2k (16:9 ratio)
2. Display type - I prefer IPS panel but anything is fine if it has good color reproduction
3. Refresh Rate:- 60hz - 75hz (I can compromise on refresh rate and response time if the monitor has good colors)
4. Size - 32 inch preferred else 27 inch

Overall I use the monitor for watching movies and gaming but I prefer good picture quality rather than high refresh rates and shorter response times as I don't play games regularly.

Currently I am planning on buying Acer EB321HQU. Please suggest if any better alternative is available for the above specifications.

LG 32GK650F can be considered a better option, usually sells for 30-32k, but has been on sale for 25k once. Sadly not many high-end monitor options in India due to lack of demand, the small demand is mostly from gamers so good panels are usually found in gaming monitors.

AS you aren't a gamer, you can go with this as well, lacks freesync, but that tech is really good for gaming:

But the one you are considering is still a good value for its price. These are better, but more expensive as well. Its great for 17k if you want to save money.

That Acer Nitro is a very good one...i need just that kind of monitor with usb 3.0 hub. any suggestion? and i play games like Crysis, sniper elite etc

Get a good USB 3.0 hub, as simple as that. Don't look for speakers & USB ports in monitors.

From what I know, there are just 2 well priced 1440p 144Hz monitors in India. PC gaming is a niche community, so no wonder options are limited.

Typical 8bit H264 yes but 8/10bit h265(aka HEVC) videos will have to rely on processor only.
