256 mb ram for laptop to sell

I have 256 mb ram for laptop to sell.
it is 1 year old working properly.

and got warranty .
it is 133 mhz speed ram .
i am using this ram in compaq presario 731 laptop
but i want to sell laptop so selling ram. the laptop has 128 mb ram already.

It is DDR ram.
i dont know price, offer me price and i will see whether i want to sell or not .
