23'' or 24'' monitor DELL or SAMSUNG under Rs 15000

I want to buy a 23'' or 24'' LED monitor either from DELL or SAMSUNG with in a week. I have a CPU with :
Moterboard Gigabyte B75-M
Processor Intel G630
RAM 3GB DDRIII Kingston1333 Mhz
Graphics card Zotac 2GB DDR III GTS610
Hard Disk Seagate 7200:12 1TB


Now please suggest me a good LED monitor so that i could play games like NFS, DIRT3, Counter Strike etc.
