Confused to get gaming laptop or desktop, Either ill buy a 1500 bux laptop or get $500 laptop and get a decent powerful desktop from here.

It kind of depends if you will be staying in the US only or plan to use/move to India in future.

If you will be staying in the US only for next 4-5 years, the Sager one is good.

Otherwise get Dell (incl. Alienware) or Asus laptop as they provide international warranty (Warranty country transfer available for Dell).

Personally, I think the available options with new 8th gen H CPUs are overpriced in the USA. If you can wait till Nov-Dec, that would be even better as next-gen GPUs will be released by that time.

For some reason Asus didn't release the 15.6" version of this model yet:

Value for money option from Dell:
New Dell G7 Series 15 Inch Gaming Laptop with Intel Quad-core | Dell United States
It has superior battery life & cooling compared to most other laptops costing $1500 or so. The GPU is about 10% weaker than a normal GTX 1060 & display is 60Hz compared to 120Hz of Asus one. Dell G5 has red accents instead of blue of G7.
