Buy Online Asrock B450 Pro4 AMD AM4 Socket Motherboard lowest price in india at www.theitdepot.com OR Buy ASUS TUF B450M-PRO GAMING at Lowest price in India - mdcomputers.in 1st option is cheaper & better but 2nd option has more availability.

Buy Online Western Digital Blue SN550 500GB NVMe M.2 Internal Solid State Drive (WDS500G2B0C) lowest price in india at www.theitdepot.com 6500 Best ssd in its price range but buy it ASAP because you may not be able to get it at this price later, ssd prices are constantly increasing since the beginning of this year & by year end they may jump up to 50% above their usual price.
Buy Corsair TX650M SMPS - 650 Watt 80 Plus Gold - mdcomputers.in 7600
*mdcomputers.in/cooler-master-masterbox-mb511-rgb-mcb-b511d-kgnn-rgb.html 6000 Buy only cabinets with mashed front panel considering Delhi summer season as full glass front panel does restrict airflow & will likely run hotter.

For graphics card @SaiyanGoku @omega44-xt may suggest better options with good cooling considering Delhi hot climate, same for monitor suitable with that card.

That is barely a 72Hz monitor. IIRC there used to be a 75Hz 1080p IPS monitor from LG around 8k.
OP is asking for BIG screens buddy.

He also asked for "maximum refresh rate and resolution"
Never sacrifice refresh rate for screen size. Budget GPUs aren't powerful enough for gaming at 4k 144Hz anyway and those monitors aren't cheap either.

CPU - AMD R5 3600 - 15.5k

Mobo - AsRock B450 Pro4 - 7k*

RAM - 2x16GB DDR4 3600MHz - 15k

GPU - Zotac RTX 2060 - 25k

M.2 SSD - WD SN550 500GB - 6k**

HDD - WD/Seagate 1TB - 3k

PSU - Corsair TX650M - 7.4k

Cabinet - CM MasterBox MB511 or other mid tower ATX - 6k (can vary)

Monitor - Acer Nitro VG270P 27″ 1080p 144Hz IPS Freesync - 18k***

Mouse - Logitech G304 wireless gaming mouse - 3k

Keyboard - Cheap Redgear wired or HP/Logitech/Dell wireless - 1k

Speakers - 3k (Not sure of good ones)

Total - 109.9k

*ASUS TUF B450M Pro Gaming - 8k is another good option, both need the latest BIOS to run 3rd gen Ryzen CPUs, but most seller have the latest stock with BIOS pre-installed these days.

**Kingston A2000 500GB is an alternative at 6.5k or so. ~500GB recommended for storing OS + 4 games or so. Add more SSD in the future.

*** Acer Nitro VG271U 27″ 1440p 144Hz Freesync - 26k (If you want a higher resolution, the above rig can surely push 1440p 72fps in many games). Cut RAM to 2x8GB to afford this. For gaming, 16GB is enough, but for stuff like Photoshop, After Effects, Maya, if you are a heavy user, 16GB might not suffice. You can always add more RAM later (total 4 slots).

Check primeabgb, mdcomputers, theitdepot, vedant computers, onlyssd (online stores) for PC parts at a good price.
