100% cpu usage when I load a game warcraft, I can't play lags hugely..

Installed a fresh copy of windows xp two days b4..
The xp cd that i have been using since 4 years, so don't doubt my xp..
It was fine all 4 yrs.

now back to my topic..
Only when i launch that game this happens..
rest all application works fine..

also is it d first time u r tryin 2 run WoW?

if not then wat did u do b4 dis problem started
i c dat u got both McAfee and Quickheal suites installed which includes 2 firewalls
i suggest dat u disable both of them before you start d game, infact disable both d suites not just d firewall components b4 you start d game and c if it makes any difference

as 4 d screenshot, dey both appear to be d same - since dey bothe contain d program war3.exe

pentium 4 3.0 GHz
512 mb ram
windows xp service pack 3..(ITS NOT THE CULPRIT)

intel 865 gbf motherboard( I know u don't need it)

and that firewall thg that was a mistake, i made in uninstalling quickheal..
improper uninstall:D

anyway i have two xp.. the other one has nothing running in it other than just plain xp..
its like 17 process..:).. it also shows the same pbm with warcraft..
