10 inch Tab Needed Suggestions

i am looking for a 10 inch Tablet

mainly using for

Reading books in HQ
HD Games from Gameloft or EA or something like those
Movies occasionally
Note taking in my handwriting is a PLUS (As i saw in Note 800)
Will add SD Card
Wifi & 3G
although i will be mainly using wifi .

i cant decide between asus transformer prime (38k)
samsung note 800 (33k)
Nexus 10 (Dont know about price in india) [32 GB Edition]

the prices are which i have seen in the past few days in kolkata

so which one should i buy ?

i am really attracted to & Not Attracted to:

NEXUS 10 : VV good Screen , High Resolution , / BUT Poor Camera & No SD Card Slot , only 16 GB
Samsung Note 800 : S Pen , SD Card Slot / Screen Quality not upto my expectations
ASUS Transformer Prime : Keyboard (Unnecessary though) , / High Price ................. Dont really know how to compare it though

no ipad please ...... i dont buy apps from apple store
