Nice blog. Try to post some unique stuff like your case studies and tricks instead of Best mobile phone as many of other bloggers have tried it and you will have to manage a lot of competition. Apart from that great blog. :)

Your list is wrongly arranged and has some crap phones.

Correct order should be

2. Lenovo A6000
3. Xiaomi Redmi 1S
4. Asus Zenfone 5
5. Asus Zenfone 4 A400 CXG
6. Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G
7. Motorola Moto E

These are nowhere near being the Best. -_-
HTC Desire 526G Plus
Lenovo S850
Micromax A190 Canvas HD Plus
Sony Xperia E3
Xolo Hive 8X-1000

I totally appreciate your views about this post. but the point is I have included HTC under this section coz i think under all the Android providers HTC provides the best UI with a good look as well. As you can also see about HTC sale in the last quarter, it was only due to the high sale of this handset only. So, i think it must be included in the list of best smartphones.

BTW thanks for your views about the order of the list, i will surely look abt it. THANKS!

UI and looks come after core specifications including major updates from the OEM and Developer support. If that isn't upto the mark, even a gold coated phone is worth less than crap.
That's the reason the bold ones aren't worth buying.

Going by your reason, every other Samdung and micromax phone should be included in the list because of sales volume but we still know that they make mostly crap overpriced phones.

One has to accept the fact that a very small fraction of the consumers care about the specifications and developer support of a phone. Majority are concered about the looks and UI. I too feel HTC deserves a mention in the top 10 because a large portion of potential buyers would be impressed with its looks.

See, they may get impressed by the looks and UI initially, but when their phone start to lag, they'll know that they should've gotten some other phone with better specifications. Then they go on searching for answers how to eliminate the various problems they are having with their merely 5-6 months old phones. This is valid for all who buy low to mid range samsung, sony, htc, LG phones.

6/10 people among the crowd would still vouch for Samsung even now. It would have been 8/10 in 2013.

I'm just saying that if I were to write a blog and gain maximum viewership I have to write for the masses, so I cannot do away with the current lot of market players like Samsung HTC Son even though they sell overpriced stuff having gimmicky features.

People still relate Sammy to a status symbol. After Apple it is probably the one which you would end up finding among the high society people.

Agree.But now with S6, I woudn't mind getting a S6 over M9(Atleast untll G4,Z4,Moto X 2015 or the likes release in India)

Samsung created a huge brand name "GALAXY" and people blindly bought it,shopkeepers kept pushing it to us because of high margins, without which the phone would probably cost atleast 2-5k lesser.Whatever, they threw at the public, they bought it, micromax followed that same model and succeed. Then, enter e-commerce exclusive sellers - motorola, xiaomi and opo and ZENFONE too in local markets+online screwed samsung and micromax. Now, as mentioned here only about 4 - 5 people out of 10 preffer samsung still.
