HI I am using winavi video converter from years..I just reinstalled my windows xp and again installed winavi ........but I don't know why,but it is not working , whenever i try to convert it gives a error......... this problem also comes with the portble version...

specs :- nokia 7610 winavi 3gp video converter ( used to convert video file for my 7610 ) while playing the video in my fone video playback is not smooth . frame stucks and then move that same video plays good in n70 I don't remember but i guess problem started after my firmware...
