wamp

i am using wamp server.what if i select the "put online" option?and what i can i do if i select that option?

i got sony viao cr 353 some days ago ...as i do litle bit of php ..i was trying to run easy php 1-8(or wamp) but it says Apache cannot be runned:another server use the Web port i havenot installed any other program ....like iis and so on... i found lots of program has been bundled with sony...
