vlc

i'm confused please help me. :( i'm downloading an avi of 700 mb from azereus. i've completed 400 mb but i'm not able to play that file to preview its quality. i've used vlc , avipreview and divfix but nothing worked. so, i think some torrent users can help me. :cry:
