uncomfortable

Hi all, i am a Desktop User and spend enormous time infront of it. So as a result I'm having back pains. And I've to blame this to my uncomfortable sitting arrangement. I would now opt for some ergonomics, do you guys use one or can suggest me few.

I need a 22" display for graphics designing, web browsing running office apps. I want to know wthr the texts will be at small size on 22" displays making it uncomfortable to read. Also, i am planning to buy samsung P2250, anyone have personal experience with it?
