i had dloaded latest version of yahoo msgr india ..my os is win 2000 sp4 but when i go to yahoo rooms following prob comes ..plz help

As i learnt form this forum that we can back up the winXP SP2 autoupdate by copyong the software distribution folder..... but i would like to know how can we back up the updates of win 2000 SP4 system?? as this 2 OS r very same so i looked about same process.... but i cant find any such...

We have a small lan in our office. From one of computer we are getting error" The server is not configured for this trangection" while browsing from network neighbourhood. All pc are with win 2k with sp4 7& ie 6sp1 . Quick Heal with latest update installed no virus in Lan.

I installed Win 2000 Pro SP4 on my PC. I installed Zone Alarm 5.5 something. After installing and configuring whenever the OS started it started hanging. I have P3 800MHz with 320 mB RAM. What should I do???
