    Confused between WP8 or android 4.x.which to buy..?

    Please help me out in deciding a phone near 15k with good processor.. but m not able to decide which to go for WP or android.. and I was thinking to go for samsing s duos///is it good choice..or shd i wait for couple of months to better phones like HTC desire x or HTC 8s or sumthing new...
