    gaming problem

    in my pc gta iv is not running it shows the error RMN40 my pc config, core 2 duo 2.2GHz 1 gb , 1 gb kingston and simtronics 160 GB hdd 8400 gs 512 gigabyte 945GCM S2L i have not any internet connection but it has offline activation and it works only on vista and sp3 only or on xp sp2...
