which is the best ftp manager i need the fastest one at present i am using core ftp but doesn't satisfys me i need speed and resuming capability what do digit forum members tell ?

well i use ftp servers for downloading many hting but the pro is that the client i use is Ace ftp it gives decent speeds but i dont think it has got resuming option well are there any clients which give resuming option in file downloads please help me out
