regain

hey guys i am using this 512 MBs memory card with my MP3 player since a week. last night i put it on charge and after two hours it's just playing few songs for me. and when i checked it in my PC (my eyes got wider) its just 239MBs of memory card. what should i do to regain it back? Memory card...
