how do i configure my reliance rconnect to work with linux(ubuntu 5.10)? i have an lg 350r WLL phone and i use a USB cable.. the rconnect for linux software i downloaded from the reliance website doesn't have the drivers for this phone.. i tried googling and i found many solutions but none of...

I had been in regular contact with RIMs customer care over slow speed of rconnect. I was first given a deadline of 25th august which was then increased to 27th. Now they say that they had upgraded there servers and now the rconnect is OK. Post your current experince after 27th aug.
