partioning

i Newely pueches the seagate 250sata HDD My PC Conf is 512mb Ram,3.0Ghz L2 2Mb,915GAV LG CDRW, i partioning with Partion Magic 8.05 it shows my hdd is 131gb and create partion of 131gb only What about 119 GB ,131+119=250GB how can it display all space. what Problem is ? PlZ Plz...
