Is the processor c2d e6320 compatible with a. Msi p965 neo b. Intel p965lt c. gigabyte p965 ds3 d. Asus p5d (or votever that is) My vendor told methat it is not compatible with the 965p chipset.

Guys which one is Better the intel 965 RYCk or MSI P965 neo-f? And are the integrated graphics any good? coz i wont be investing in a graphics card. (dont compare prices coz they cost the same).
