miners

when i scan my PC with Ad-Aware i occationally get these 2 entries as critical objects .... ad aware removes them but i wanna know what they are ..... i got to know that they are data miners .... and they have Hits as 30-50 ..... i use e-donkey a lot .... are these spywares a serious threat...
