Hi, I building a pc for a friend. For the motherboard, I decided at Asus M5A97 EVO R2.0. But, availability is an issue (non EVO is available). Also, the EVO is causing some budget problem. So, is the non EVO okay to be used with FX 8350 or should I must go with the EVO?
I will be buying this config and need to know whether CORSAIR CX430 v2 is enough.
Processor : AMD FX6100
MoBo : ASUS M5A97
RAM : CORSAIR Vengence 1x4GB
GPU : Sapphire HD7770 1GB
HDD : WD green 500GB
I will be purchasing an 8350 soon, please suggest one.
1. I want to know the difference between 970 and 990FX, will buy the 990fx if it increases performance or something.
2. Had these motherboards in mind-
Asus MotherBoard - M5A97 EVO - www.deltapage.com
Asus MotherBoard - M5A97 R2.0 -...
A good motherboard for 5k?
Compatible with phenom x4 970 or x6 1055t....wont be overclocking.
On board graphics if possible would be nice.
Ive seen the asus m5a97. Is the 1k extra justified?
Thanx!
For OC'in the 1090T or any other hexa core Phenom which of these low cost (comparatively) motherboards is the bare minimum? I mean which is the best VFM?
