invertors

Why is there no list of invertors in APC indian website? Have APC stopped supplying invertors? I have replace my old CRAPPY Microtech invertor. I am looking for one which will provide surge protection along with power backup

as electricity shortage is coming we want to buy either ups or invertors to run around 1-2 computer and some lights for around 3 hours. so what will be better option ups with battery... or invertors... where can we compare price and features of these product in india..websites...
