i am running xp-pro sp2 with norton,ms-antispyware and spy-bot.my system is suffering from surfside kick 3 and smitfraud-c spyware.all antispyware including norton is unable to remove them.even in safe mode it says files are in use.both doesn't have any entry in add-remove .please help...

my firefox is sorta hanging when i browse the net .... when i press Ctrl+N ... all the windows hang for 3-4 seconds and then it comes back to normal .. i think the problem has started after i installed the new yahoo messenger BETA ..... i have now uninstalled it but the problem still persists...
