dvd+rw

As the topic suggests I would like to know the best brands for both DVD+RW and DVD+R discs. By the best I mean proven to have longer life/reliability than others. Of course I'm only talking about the ones we get in India :)

Hi, I bought a Sony DVD+RW and formatted and erased the disc using my HP DV6000 Laptop's DVD Multi Recorder Drive. Now when i try to write onto the disc using Nero 8 Essentials, it shows that only 2.3 GB space is available on the disc. Please help.
