    processor and motheboard problem

    I recently puchased a intel dual core 1.60 processor and intel D 102 motherboard. when i start it ,it can not produce any activity. even though light of mother board is on an cpu far run . please tell me is D102 support this processor. motherbords socket and processor socket is same(LGA 775)...
