64kbps

If I am having a connection of 512kbps so 64kbps is the max speed i get ? Also if i am getting like 40kbps is it reasonable can the company say that 64kbps is max speed u will get and 40kbps is due to heavy load it will go away blah blah

hi i have a airtel 64kbps internet connection . i want to dwnlod torrents. i use bitcomet .70 version and i get download speeds of 7 to 8 kbps how can i increase this speed??

please help my torrents speed is very slow -max 10-12kbps i have a lan connection of 64kbps . i am using BITCOMET progam i dont have any firewall .please help
