Want to buy a gaming laptop to gift someone , max budget is 38K(cannot be increased) just saw this one (Lenovo Ideapad S405) in flipkart : Would like to know a few things about it : *Shall it be able to run modern games in low/mid settings ? *Is it in anyway better than cheaper HP alternatives...

I need to buy a 32" Full HD TV for my parents in Kolkata. My budget is 38-40k and based on that I checked Samsung Series 5 LED Tv (UA32D5000PRMXL) which is priced around 38k in Flipkart. I would need your expert advice if I can have a better option than this at a better price.
