help bsnl broadband
i have home 250 plan..(2 mbps) i connected my studio laptop to the modem through lan wire... in network sharing center it showed network speed 100mbps then i downloaded a file with 280kbps.. my doubt is does this cost more for me?does bsnl charge more for this?is it a dsl connection?- fawks
