utorent potimal settings
hello guyz i am using a 2mbps NU plan. my actual DL speeds are 1740kbps or 217kBps my acual UL speed 210 kbps or 26kBps. what speeds shud i set so that i get maximum DL speed? currently Ul-20kBps DL-0KBps(unlimited). please reply.- SunnyChahal
