My cousin sister want ONLY an INTEL based comp. The comp will mostly be used for net, MS office and songs and movies at most. no games. so pls suggest the config. budget: 25K PS: i tried to force her to go for AMD, but she wouldnt.

i want to buy a mobo & processor.main aim is to use photoshop & illustrator.i have decided on 512 mb ram(400 mhz). and yes i want to play doom 3,HL2.i had a GF4 440 mxSE.will that be enough or do i need to upgrade that too.please advice. :D .my budget is around 25K.
