no i dont think your card have failed 8300 is not a high perfomance card it could getting over loaded and over heating while you play videos under vista.

could be your video card are you using proper drivers?

my asus board kept showing this same error message it turned out that i didnt connect the powersuply pins correctly better check all the connectors i have no other ideas sofar

have you tried to connect the pc in ADHOC mode with laptop and connect to the internet? i think it should work
