well when any isp says abt download it is both download + upload so when ur downloads are charged it means both download and upload are charged so when ur downloads are free it means both download and upload are free

quiet really the difference is technology for now lcd is the choice for most users with normal viewing size say(upto 42"") plasmas are better for very large displays as far as the choice is concerned u r spoilt for choice samsung and lg are the ones i prefer
