i have windows vista home premium installed my start menu<all programs has got empty its left with nothing except ie some other few progarms i can not find anything in my all programs menu no programs is uninstalled all software installed are working .........

suggest me a motherboard , processor ,graphics card in 11k ........... i dont know about these things........i bought a hp laptop.........now i want a pc for playing games ........help me out guys ................

i got a hp laptop with IGMA 965 express chipset family .games with high graphics requirement like empire earth-3 ,nfs prostreet dont run well (they run but hangs a lot). so i m thinking f getting a external graphic card suggest me a good graphic card(3-4k)>>>>>
