I want to buy a new PC, please suggest a good and latest configuration which would fit upto Rs.30,000. Also, I want to know that widescreen monitors are better or regular are better. And the config should be able to play latest games like Crysis, GTA IV etc.

GTA IV is out now on PC, just install the official v1.0.2.0 patch from Rockstar to fix the bugs.
