Why not go with Harshill's build ? seems good.
You can get the Fx4100 consumes more power but performance is at par with i3, with i3 winning some and some being won by the fx4100.

Do get a i7 and for the graphics card choose the quadro 600. Don't forget your primary purpose.
It seems you were at the right track for building the pc but somehow you got lured into building a gaming PC.
Anyway if still decide to get the 6850 don't get the cx 430. I suppose your Pc...
I thought I was the only one, it's been more than two weeks they are just sitting on my money.
They don't reply to emails, didn't send my product and not refunding my money. I am still waiting a few days before filing a court case but I'll write a fulll review on them soon.
would recommend the Msi one over the gigabyte. (even if the prices were same) Not much of a gain from overclocking which you can yourself anyways.
The dual fans should make it run quieter and cooler.

For general everyday use ssd is the best upgrade for a pc.
You want to game but your build seems quite unbalanced ?
You are spending heavily on cpu and a motherboard, but cutting down on the Graphics Card.
Overclocking wouldn't provide you with any noticeable gains in games...
Don't want to confuse you with so many options but a Seasonic S12ii 430B would be more than adequate to power it up. A very good quality unit and a good price
Btw Nvidia recommends a 450-watt power supply and the TDP is 140.
Try using this - eXtreme Power Supply Calculator
I assume all your apps would almost completely rely on the gpu ?
radeon 7950 - 25k
corsair 8gb 4*2 - 2k
fx8150 -12k
ASUS M5A78L Motherboard - 3k
seasonic 520w - 5k
hard disk - 5k
total 52k
Mail to the support of your apps, you can probably skimp on the cpu and get a ssd also.
