I tried my Nokia 6070 mobile phone with DKU-5 data cable on Ubuntu-9.10 64X via TATA Docomo GPRS, I succeed to connect through Gnome PPP and desktop showing two small network computers and mobile screen also showing 'G', but no data transfer and browser can't load any page, network properties...

Re: Dual sim with l-o-n-g battery backup ! Ans: LG GX200 is value for money for you. It has daul sims and long battery backup. I am using it since one year and I used to recharge it after 10 days. So try it.
