Thank you!
You can tell I am very confused about this pc build but I am very sure about no GPU,no plans to add one in the future.

I'll stick to 5500GT. Please help me with monitor and power supply and cabinet. Local vendor has suggested Fingers 500w smps with cabinet for 3400/-

Acer EK220Q E3 21.5 Inch IPS Full HD (1920x1080) Backlit LED LCD Monitor I 1 MS VRB, 100Hz Refresh I 250 Nits I 99% SRGB I HDMI & VGA Ports with HDMI Cable I AMD Free Sync I Eye Care Features (Black) *amzn.in/d/0hMPUPeD -5599
This is a decent 1080p monitor,
I believe u are looking for a basic 1080p display.
MSI PRO 21.5 inch also goes for similar price. -5699
Another one is from Viewsonic - 5999

These are just options ( I selected with the criteria of having a 1080p display and 100hz display )

There are both cheaper options with a dip in refresh rate or resolution, Do wait for others to suggest also.
For mice , Logitech m90 is a basic durable one ( I have one ) costs about 300rs
Going with Viewsonic VA2215-H 22 Inch FHD VA Gaming Monitor

Updated: PSU, SSD
lower priced, Deepcool PK-D is from Tier C as per the list on cultists, it is fine for low powered system. If you have money to spend, you can consider 80+Gold PSU. But I would advise every extra money you can squeeze should go to processor, 5600G
WD SN580 is new version, SN570 is old.

cultlists: *cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/
As per your suggestion will stick to DeepCool PK-D Series PK450D Power Supply (R-PK450D-FA0B-UK)

Which 5600 I can go for? There are few variations and will it require motherboard upgrade if so which mobo?

I am really sorry for late reply. I was occupied with personal work so didn't get chance to login to forum.
Change the PSU to some known brand. I am hearing first time about Fingers. Unless you have read good user reviews about it, change it to Corsair, Cooler Master, Deepcool or Antec. Any 80+ Gold or even Bronze will be fine( since you confirmed you are never going to dGPU)

Thank you for all the help and replies. pretty happy with what I got for 37k price point. so far system performs a lot better than I expected OR wanted. I haven't played much of games but I did install all these games, getting old games to work on windows 11 is such painful, it got me reading/translate russian forums from 1999 to get something working, even then many are not working that good but it works fine at the same time. I haven't managed to get much emulation going but will do soon, its all there just needs organizing. 49 PC, 6 Dreamcast (great for racing games), 8 PS2 and 1 PS1. next step is to get my xbox controller working, it stopped working due to battery spill and install Batocera on USB connect to 4k tv and play 8bit games lol. all of this possible with help of YOU.

Thank you @TheSloth @K_akash_i @TheSloth @omega44-xt @RumbaMon19 again! (if you like me to run some benchmarking, try a game anything performance related nerdy stuff tested, let me know)

I don't think you need to run benchmark tests. But I will advise
1. remove that plastic cover from the front the cabinet, the top area looks like intake of fresh air, you are choking it. Add a small DIY mesh to stop the dust going in.
2. Install HWInfo and keep an eye on temps now and then. Anything above 85C needs to be watched, and then you can decide if you want lower temps or its fine, upto you. btw only consistent 100C are bad, 85C is normal but for few hours too. Lower temps does elongate the life of processor and surrounding components but there no guarantee, of course.

I see that you play lot of old games, Congratulations for your new PC! Have fun!!
And you have video game too, great!!

Yes, plastic cover is removed. should I change the cabinet and psu? cabinet has very minor vibrates like cellphone, assuming that's just normal from fan or power supply? I wanted to buy that zebronics suggested one but it was 10 days delivery period so went with what was available even then it took entire week for delivery due to holidays monitor was late delivered, I could have ordered zebronics by then. it was urgent for me.

If its possible to change the cabinet without any loss then change it. Otherwise keep an eye on temps whenever you are using the PC moderately/heavily, if temps are bad then I would advise you to change it.
PSU should be changed, and very soon if you face frequent electricity fluctuations at your place, its not worth taking risk.

Go with whatever you can afford at max. Entry level GPUs are outdated and really bad in terms in performance.

I mostly will try remix mods for games like nfs underground 2 and try running ai models locally.

Intel A750 for 18.6k
Radeon 6600 for 20k
I don't think anything below would be a great choice since the igpu itself will come close to it.
